Hi,

Just checked few times that when i run reports off the report server, the memory on the driver where the report server database is installed drops quite fast.

Any info to what is going on? Databases expanding when reports are running? are they caching any data?

Thanks

Does the report try to retrieve million row data? Or your report dbs sitting on a very busy server? You could set up the report execution schedule when the box is not busy.

I found that alot of the reports were previously created with aload of views and views take up alot of space. So converted all the reports to SP's and the problem is solved.
