If I have a lot of servers, and I want to do a check on all of its services, jobs and alerts, can I do that without having to go to each server and to expand it in the Enterprise Manager???Is there an existing tool for this purpose?
I know I could do it with Sql Mial and alerts, but I don't think it is very reliable as when the Agent is not running,I won't get feedback.
Thank you very much.

you can configure all the servers on one of u'r central server and monitor all the activities for all the servers from that central server itself.

I don't see what's so difficult in clicking on each server to check it using EM. I used to do it all the time, I could check 8 servers in 2 minutes. All of the failed jobs (if any) pop up right away, and I could've set up alerts for them if they failed (I didn't though) And if there was a problem, I'd already have EM open and could fix it immediately.
