Hi,

My SSRS report while exporting in PDF format come in 2 pages.

Any way I can get the whole report in a single page.

Thanks and regards

Arnie,

I am making an assumption that the report is too wide (instead of too deep)

Make sure that the page size for the Report properties is set for the orientation that you are needing. Default is 8.5in. Width by 11in. Height. Also make sure that Margins are set. Defaul is 2in. on all sides. I almost always shrink this to .5in for all sides. You may also want to adjust font and column sizes. Check for empty space in the Body as well as objects in your footer and header. If a text box hangs off the 8.5x11 area even if you do not fill entire text box will cause this.

After that it is to just keep adjusting the various pices until it does not run off the side creating a second page. And yes, sometimes that page is blank but for heraders and footers.
