Hi there,I am not liking the multi select drop down list at all, very irritating to users also. For one thing it is required and there is no way to default (Select All). So is it possible to have a Report Parameter field wherein user enters partial value and a google like list comes? Is that at at all possible? Thanks a lot! <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>If you don't have the passion to help people, you have no passion |

You can indeed have a default of all. When defining the parameter, select the same query for the default as you did for the creation of the drop down.JohnIt's a small world (but I wouldn't want to paint it) |

Unfortunately if all parameters are selected by defaults at start up, the report is displayed. The one time that I had user complaints. I created a new parameter that had only one option and I did not create a default selection. Ugly but they liked it.JohnIt's a small world (but I wouldn't want to paint it) |
