Me looking the best practice to store a million of data in a table.

Currently, me partition table into tbl_yyyymm. Let's say, tTrip_200910, tTrip_200911 and so on.

What's the best practice to handle multi-million row in the database? As a result, we can Query it without the performance problem

A million?
Any decent server can handle that.
