I'm constructing a URL for a report that has two parameters. http://server/ReportServer?/TripReports/Treport&rs:Command=Renders:ClearSession=true&report_id=7&class=unclassifiedWhen exclude the &class parameter, reporting services complains I'm missing the "class" report parameter. Gee..what a surprise. When I put the &class parameter in with a value, I get an error "An attempt was made to set a report parameter 'class' that is not defined in the report. WTF !? It is defined in the report for heaven sakes. I can run the report just fine from the Reports page. I've verified the XML in the RDL has the report parameter listed. I'm so sick of this Microsoft BS |

I got it figured out. I started thinking that maybe "class" is a reserved word of sorts. So I changed the parameter name to classsification and now it all works. |
