Hello ,

How do i implement SSL ( Security Socket Layer ) on SQL 2000 server . The operating system is Windows 2000 server . Since i have never done it can somebody share their experience on how to use it ?
Is it built in in SQL 2000 or we need to buy a seperate Licsence to use it and whether it has to installed on the client side also who use the server .

Any information will be of great assistance to me .
Thank you very much

It's built-in. Using the Client Network Utility, on the General tab is a check box for Force Protocol Encryption.
