When it's white, it just means your client tool was unable to determine the status of the service. The green one means the service is started. Red means it is stopped.

.. white color = "unable to determine the status of the service " that mean good for function sql? can u explain me more details what mean white and green..
if white color meaning not good at function please teach me how to change green color ^_^

No, white means that your client machine just couldn't figure out the service's status. It has nothing to do with the actual status of the service.

You'll need to figure out why your client is unable to see the service's status. Could be a network issue, could be an authentication issue, could be many things. I ignore the icon.
