Delete MsSql directory.

Well there is a lot more that you have to do than just deleting the Mssql directory. There are tons of registry entries that would have to be deleted as well. Try reinstalling SQL Server first, then do an uninstall.

I believe MS' knowledge base has an article that explains how to uninstall SQL Server manually, but I don't have the Q article number, so you will have to look it up.

try upgrading mssql add some of thefeatures and it creates the uninist.isu for u.after that u can uninstall successfully.
