Rebuild/reindex won't do a thing here.

Do you have clean backups of this database? Backups without the corruption?

Unfortunately i dont have latest clean backups. The backups i have go back 2 weeks and there has been alot of activities on DB

In that case, you're going to lose data. I can't tell how much. I hope that the 'Item' table isn't too important.

Take the database into single user mode and run the following
DBCC CheckDB('RMS_Ballybricken',REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS)

Post its output.

Once you've got this fixed, schedule regular integrity checks so that if this happens again, you pick it up sooner than 2 weeks. also, do investigations of the IO subsystem. something caused this corruption, it's typically IO subsystem.
