Hi All,
could you please tell me;
when any SQL connection is opened to Production server from client tools using SSMS.
1. How does it impact server performance?
2. will it consume any server resources like CPU,Memory,Buffer,etc...

And any other basic guidelines to identify and rectifying server performance issues..
It would be better if u can provide any links/stuff.
pelase guide me.
