Suppose if i defragment my user table, along with this disk level fragmentation will also be reduced? Whether table level & disk level fragmentation are different?

They are different.

Defragmenting indexes has no effect on disk level fragmentation.

So, even after doing reindex task, suppose if fragmentation levels are higher, next is to check for disk level & go for disk defragment rite..

We don't ever defragment our database files. Our systems are 24/7, so we can't afford to take the downtime.
