John Scott writes "I was infected by the Cblade.worm and successfully removed it but somehow i am now unable to login to my server. I previously didn't have a password for my 'sa' login, but now its seems as if there is because i can only start the server but not log in.

Is there anyway to reset the password to blank or to something else without connecting to the server? Or perhaps is there a way to backup without logining in so i can reinstall without losing my data?"

To reset the sa password, you will need to log into SQL Server with a windows authentication account that has administrative privileges on the server.
