We have Prod DB of size 131GB, it is showing 32% free space.

Which is best option to go about shrinking the file to reclaim the free space.

You can use DBCC SHRINKFILE to shrink the MDF down, but be warned that this could cause performance issues. You should evaluate if you really need that disk space reclaimed or if you just want to keep it the way it is now for future growth of the data.
