We have a SQL Agent driven job which runs every month and initially we have the time taken around 10 hours as the months progressed by the timing for this same job is increasing despite there is no increment in the data which is like consolidating.

This Job is like Consolidating the data from linked server and encapsulates into the Ware House Server from there all reporting will be done. The Linked servers were the Main Production Reporting server where the data is existing and this particular job is to just refresh the ware house server.

I have checked over the months for the size of the data being transferred across the servers and there is no change to its data size and the transfer rate also.

Is there any way that I can check why the SQL Agent job is taking such a long time to complete its consolidation?

How to check with what parameters being inputted such that I can capture the time being consumed more everytime.

Many thanks for all who participate.

Grab the code out of the job and run it in SSMS manually. Check the execution plans and watched PerfMon. You'll likely see something off with this.
