Hello,

I want to create matrix with toggle items, to behave like pivot table in excel.

I just created it ant it works fine, problem is .....

I have two row groups - Company's division and Divison's brand, in DATA field I have service rate value. It means percentage value of fullfilled orders at levels mentioned in row groups.

I see in result, that I have 98% Service rate at DIVISION A and then, when I click at toggle item and expand individual service rates for all Brands in such division, then I see 40 rows (40 brands in division A). 35 of them have service rate 100% and rest 5 have less than 100%.

Problem is ,that point of my report is to inform people about problems = about brands, in which orders were not fullfilled from any reason. I want to hide somehow those rows with service rate 100%. But when I collapse Division toggle item, I want to see again service rate 98% (not just filter all 100% service level rows, as in DATA field has to be real service level counted from all brands).

Example of desired output:

Division A SR 95%

BRAND A1 SR 95% (VISIBLE IN MATRIX)

BRAND A2 SR 90% (VISIBLE IN MATRIX)

BRAND A3 SR 100% (NOT VISIBLE IN MATRIX)

As you see, service level counted from visible rows A1 and A2 should be 92,5% (in this example all brands are equal, doestn matter how is SR counted in real life), but is correct 95%, as its counted from all 3 brands and one of them is not visible for user.

I have tried to use expression in visibility tab in BRAND row group, all 100% are hidden, but all non 100% are automatically visible, problem is, that when i want to collapse Divison group, then invisible rows become visible. In case that I will have more row groups its not comfortable, as user will be confused from all expanded groups. Each user will expand just one way in big matrix.

Any idea?

simply how to do filter in matrix data region, filter in dataset or rebuild query is not solution, as I need also filtered values to be part of calculations in higher level in matrix
