I am auditing an installation of SQL server 2005 an need to find out if certain extended SPs are disabled. For example: xp_available media or xp_dirtree.

Why you would want to disable them is beyond me. There really is no need..

You might want (read REALLY SHOULD) to read this:

My job is to only audit the installation and check if these stored procedures are disabled or not. Can anyone help me figure out how to do this?
