What is good as a business intelligence point of view?
Is it CRYSTAL REPORTS or SSIS/SSRS/SSAS??

Most people are using SSRS these days for reports. Crystal Reports is just too expensive.

It really depends on your business requirements though.

I prefer to create csv output and let my Java developers open the data in Excel
