A friend of mine has a DB that seems to be accumulating processesEnterprise Manager: Management, Current Activity, ProcessesEach of the accumulating processes has a different query in the properties box, and we are trying to understand what would cause a process not to terminate. The calls to the db are done from ASP - no visibilty to the ASP source code (can you fight with your hands tied?)SamC

Try running SQL Profiler to see if there is ever any attempts to logout. Probably the ASP isn't performing the logout, so you will just keep getting more and more connections until you run out of available memory.Tara

Well logging out is the same as closing sql connections, it's just that in SQL Profiler you'll see it through the Security Audit\Audit Logout event class.Tara
