A sql cluster failed over earlier, and while it is running just fine,I have a system process running "Recource Monitor" chewing up a cpu.

Everything else in the instance seems normal so I have two questions.
1. Is there anyways to tell SQL to restart the process.

2. What is the best way to restart an instance in a cluster. My guess is that it would failover, which would be acceptable, but I would like to prevent that if this were required.

2. In Cluster Administrator, go to the SQL Server service and take it offline. Once offline, bring it online. Those are the actual menu options too. Failing over is unnecessary, but it does the same thing but also includes moving to another server.
