A sql cluster failed over earlier, and while it is running just fine,I have a system process running "Recource Monitor" chewing up a cpu. Everything else in the instance seems normal so I have two questions.1. Is there anyways to tell SQL to restart the process.Somewhat related2. What is the best way to restart an instance in a cluster. My guess is that it would failover, which would be acceptable, but I would like to prevent that if this were required. |
