hello everybody,
could anybody suggest me that using hash joins is a good practice?
if yes then in what scenarios should i use them.

It's still best to avoid using hints unless and until you test them thoroughly and can prove they perform best. Even then they should be reviewed and retested regularly to accommodate data changes that may affect performance.
