Hello,

I have this problem, SQL server 2005 SP4 reports this message during clr procedure deployment:

CREATE ASSEMBLY for assembly 'X' failed because assembly 'X' failed verification. Check if the referenced assemblies are up-to-date and trusted (for external_access or unsafe) to execute in the database. CLR Verifier error messages if any will follow this message
[ : StoredProcedures::clr_xxx_yyy][mdToken=0x6000007][offset 0x00000423] Unable to resolve token.

The same script works on SQL2008 any version perfectly. Is there possible that referencing Microsoft.SqlServer.Types version 10.0.0.0
is the problem? Clr dll is developed in VS2008.

Different versions of .net framework?

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
SSIS can be used in a similar way.
