Good Morning

If I do a full backup every day, but for some reason the last two full backups are not available, is there anyway to recover, if I have all the differentials.

thanks

Depends.
A differential needs to be applied to the last full backup.
If the full backups were taken and are now lost then the differentials taken afterwards are useless.
If you are taking tr log backups and have a sequence since any full backup then you can apply those.

If you have lost the fulls and aren't taking logs then you are stuck with the last full you have and the last diff before the next full. That will be the latest you could possibly restore - if they work.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
SSIS can be used in a similar way.
