Assuming you're asking a question: your backup file is corrupted and unusable. |

From the name of the backup, it appears that the problem is that you're trying to restore a backup of a SQL 2008 R2 database onto SQL 2005. Downgrades are not possible.--Gail ShawSQL Server MVP |
