Fill Factor Increase the DB Size?

Ex

when Fill Factor is 100% then DB Size is 50 GB then
Fill Factor is 50% then DB Size Will increase to 100 GB it's right?

Index size will increase, not DB Size. (edit Well, increasing index WILL in crease DB size, but the DB is not 100% indexes, so doubling one index will not double the size of the whole database)

There are arguments in favour of all indexes being 100% FILL - i.e. there is negligible gain from having any slack in the index but more often there is deterioration in performance.
