| Hi thereCan someone explain this concept of "ODS"?I've looked pretty hard for some tutorials, but haven't found any.I found some definitions, but without practical examples, it's kinda hard to grasp the concept.I understand when it would be needed, but I need to know how to implement.If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be much appreciated.Thanks,jpwire |

| I guess that's how much of a newb I am.I'm most likely looking for the former: Operational Data StoreBasically, at work, we have a number of DBs with a number of fields.Querying each field results with an output of another table (is this where "Operational Data Store" comes in?).So I'd like to know how this is implemented.I sincerely apologize for the ignorance here, but I hope I've explained this correctly.Thanks,jpwire |
