Hi i have a script which takes some time (dependent to the amount of data). is there any way through which i can calculate the amount of data processed in terms of time (for the front end of an application or in the Messages Tab of the SSMS): total time, Ramining Time, Time elapsed etc or In terms of Percentage out of 100%.

Many thanks!

No. Unless you are doing a WHILE LOOP in which you can use
RAISERROR('This is percentage %d.', 10, 1, @Percentage) WITH NOWAIT

N 56°04'39.26"
E 12°55'05.63"

Progress bars tell the world "my code is slow and I'm unable to speed it up". Tell them you prefer to write code that doesn't need them, and can't use them anyway because it runs so fast.
