| I remove the mirror in the Principal database , but in the mirrored server the database is still in restore state how can i bring the database to online state in mirrored state? can anyone guide meThanks in advance,Ganesh |

| When you save "removed the mirror" did you suspend mirroring (SET PARTNER SUSPEND) or stop it (SET PARTNER OFF)? If the former, ALTER DATABASE...SET PARTNER RESUME will fix it. If the latter, you may be able to RESUME, but you might have to make a fresh log backup and restore it to the mirror server, then re-establish mirroring. Worst case is you'll have to make a full database backup, then a log backup, and restore both and then rebuild the mirror. |
