REGIONID is available in WorldCities why do you want to get from tbl_Regions or do you mean "Region" instead ?

Select
Wc.columnName1,Wc.columnName2,Wc.columnName3,...,Wc.ColumnNameN
From WorldCities WC
Inner Join tbl_regions R on R.RegionId=WC.RegionId and WC.countryId=R.CountryID
Where R.countryId='us'
