| I'm new to SQL...I need to important hundreds of text files into an SQL table. The names of the text files are a combination of a few fields which already exist in other tables. I've tried bulk insert and openrowset. Bulk Insert doesn't appear to support arguments which are variables (for the filename). I've considered using openrowset but I'm running Windows 7 64-bit) whih doesn't support Jet 4.0.I was hoping to build a cursor and include bulk insert or openrowset inside to loop through. Can someone suggest an approach?Thanks. |
