| I use SQL server 2008 Integration services and starting from today Iam unable to open an important package.I tried to open it from the start page from the recent projectsGo to the solution folder in my c drive and was not able to openWhat am i doing wrong?Please advise |

| Are you trying to open a SQL 2008 solution using BIDS 2005? If so, that would explain the problem, but I doubt that is the issue. (I am asking that only because you posted the question in SQL 2005 forum)Even if you are not able to open the solution, the package should still be available, and you can make a copy of it, create a new solution and add the package to that solution. Just make sure you keep backup copies. |

| I have developed the Package in SSIS 2208 and trying to open in the same.But for some reasons it was not opening and after I looked in the configuration file and made the changes to the Connection magers surprising it worked.I dont know what I did to make it work |
