| Dear Members, i have a requirement, which i need to provide suggestionsi have to make the search query intelligent i.e. if someone searches for ‘tractors’ results for ‘tractor’ would also come up and also relevancy should be taken care. please advice, i am ready to use the third party tool as well..cheersthanks in advance. |

| If you are really talking about just setting up some synonyms then, as Gail mentioned, Full Text Search will probably work for you. What I tend to find people are really after is what is called a Taxonomy. If that is what you are really after people make careers out of creating/defining/implementing these. So, best to determine/understand what the business really needs before you proceed. |
