how to load data to 3 tables ? plz urgent

how to load data to 3 tables ? plz urgent

Attached is a file called SampleData.csv

1. With this file, load the data into 3 tables - Customer, Address, TotalSpend. Split the data accordingly and ensure that there are common fields for ease of referring to the data from the Customer table.
