| Hi all-Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, just I have been looking all over for an answer and can't seem to find one, so I thought I might be able to find one here. I am using SQLite Database Browser to read the history logs from my browser, but I would like to be able to see the date and time of a visit. These are in the "last_visit_time" column stored as a string of numbers. I am not sure how to read them? Is there any way to convert this string of numbers to a readable date? I found a site (http://www.epochconverter.com/) that gives me a date when I paste in the numbers, but I know they are wrong because I looked at a query I knew was searched for at a later date and it shows the date as being much earlier. For example, it says "12946608999984000" is mon, jan 10, 2011, when I know that it is actually from march or april. Is there any way I can read these dates properly? Maybe I am searching using the wrong terms, but I can't find anything, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! |

| I am not familiar with SQLLite, and more likely than not, most people on this forum may not be either; this forum is specifically for Microsoft SQL server. You could post your question in a general database forum such as dbforums.com where there may be more people who are familiar with it.Epoch time usually is the number of seconds since Jan 1, 1970. If it is epoch time, 12946608999984000 is not in seconds, it is in 100 nano seconds. If you assume that and convert it to date/time, you indeed get 2011-01-10 12:01:39.000. |

Since you question is specific on SQLite, why don't you try their support forum ? SQLTeam is on Microsoft SQL Server. Don't think many here will be familiar with SQLite. KH
Time is always against us
|
