every day my manager tell me to execute multi query and delete some data also update, etc,
I do every thing manually using new query and writing scripts T-SQL
is there any way to reduce writing scripts, like ms access there are a lot of wizards and template query without coding like :find duplicated records, merge data, Tab-Cross,Pivoting etc..
when I told my manager to write query every action ,he tell me that there is some way to reduce headache , I am ready to use any other software to simplify the amount of work.
thank you.

Sounds to me as though you need to build up a library of scripts that you can use when you need to. You may find some of the standard sort of code e.g. pivoting, elsewhere on this site.

If debugging is the process of removing software bugs, then programming must be the process of putting them in.
