Hi

If I add foreing keys and relations on tables that allready contains data, will I run into any trouble, or is this best to do when the table is initially created?

You can add table relations, any time you want. It doesn't matter that it contains data or not. If data confilct occurs, you can turn off "check existing data on creation".
