 Problem with audit trigger

I have one query regarding this can you help me guys…
I explain my problem with an example :

Suppose i have a table named as ‘Employee’ and have a columns name : emp_id,emp_name,emp_designation,emp_salary.

and i want a trigger who audit my table employee for any updation and the audit table have following columns : audit_id(thats should be assigned to any updation),updated column name(the name of the column that changed),previous value(previous value that a row hold), updated vlaue(changed value),updated time.

Pls reply as soon as possible ...
