Situation:

Database Test1 --- Collation SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS
Table Table1

Database Test2 --- Collation SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AS
Now i have written
select * into Table2 from Test1.Table1
which collects all data from Test1.Table1 to Test2.Table2

Now issue occurs that when i try to do a join of Table2 with other tables in Test2. it gives the following error.

Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" and "SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AS" in the equal to operation.

Please advise how to resolve this?

Thanks for your time.

a = b collate SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS
or
a = b collate SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AS

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
SSIS can be used in a similar way.
