| Hi All, I am using SQL server 2008 to access the data in oracle data base via Linked server(Microsoft OLEDB provider for Oracle). Every thing is working fine except for a particular which has 0 records.when i do a select * from query , i get this errorOLE DB provider "MSDAORA" for linked server "DBNAME" returned message "ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zeroPlease help me fix this |

| Thanks for the reply, I figured out what was happening though, it was because of the provider i was using. When i changed it to Oracle provider provider for OLEDB every thing is fine.I came to know MSDAORA some times blows up if we it encounters a table which does not have any rows in it. Thanks..... |
