| Other than BOL, what is a good resource (either printed or online) that offers a broad, but detailed, overview of SQL Server security. I am specifically looking for help on the following:- Managing logins, users, and roles.- pros and cons of using SQL Server security, vs. Windows security, vs. Integrated.- Allowing access to SQL views and stored procedures but not actual db tables.- Allowing access to other SQL Servers via SQL Views.Resources outlining specific scenarios with possible solutions would be a plus, in that it may help in determining a solution for my specific needs.Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated! |
