Other than BOL, what is a good resource (either printed or online) that offers a broad, but detailed, overview of SQL Server security. I am specifically looking for help on the following:

- Managing logins, users, and roles.
- pros and cons of using SQL Server security, vs. Windows security, vs. Integrated.
- Allowing access to SQL views and stored procedures but not actual db tables.
- Allowing access to other SQL Servers via SQL Views.

Resources outlining specific scenarios with possible solutions would be a plus, in that it may help in determining a solution for my specific needs.

Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
