Hi,

I have created a table through a query from other tables named dev.TMP0,

How can I (SCRIPT TABLE AS "ALTER TO") to be able to see the way I have created this table. the "ALTER TO" tab is not active:(

thank you

While scripting your db objects, you can use ALTER to for SP and functions. You do not have that option for table. Alter is to make some change in the table definition.

To add to what Ghanta said, if your only objective is to see what the table definition would look like in a script, you can use Script Table as -> Create To.

I suspect the reason "Alter To" is disabled is because, unlike stored procs or functions, the structure of the syntax for altering a table is not the same or similar to the syntax for creating it.
