Hi,
i developed an HR system that contains many ideas like:
#Offer(Code,Applicant,ExpiryDate,AnnualVacation,TicketEligibility,ContractType,ContractDuration,ContractNature,EligibleForOvertime,Note)
#OfferBenefit
(Offer,Benefit,Amount)
_________________________
#Contract(Code,Employee,FromDate,ToDate,AnnualVacation,TicketEligibility,ContractType,ContractDuration,ContractNature,EligibileForOvertime,SignedByEmployee,ReviewDate,Note)
#ContractDetail
(Contract,Amount,Benefit)
_________________________
Vacations, Job Request,...etc

all of the mentioned tables need to be entered in an workflow to get the approval and this approval cycle depends on the Job of the employee for example:
J1= software developer, then M1=IT director, M2=CEO , M3 = HR Director should appove the document before the HR department commit the document.
also each manager can change in the content of the document so i need to keep the history of the request

what is the best way to build up the approval system for my tables ? with example please

regards
