Hi,

SQL Server 2005 Cluster is not performing well for couple of days. I want to analyze root cauase. Please let me know from where start? which tools used etc.

PerfMon, SQL Profiler/server-side trace, wait stats, missing indexes, the list goes on and on.

You would begin your investigation the same way you would on a standalone system.
