It was 30 GB DB. And both are in different locations. How to take a backup and copy that file to different server.LVSR Ravichandra |

Are the 2 locations connected over the WAN?If so, you should be able to copy it over the WAN. Worst case is burn the backup to CD and take the CD to the other location.If the servers are in the same data center then just copy the backup file over the LAN. |
