How can I solve this problem ?

"is compressed but does not reside in a read-only database or filegroup. The file must be decompressed."

It sounds like you're trying to restore to a compressed drive, which SQL doesn't allow. Check this link for details:

Are you trying to restore the DB onto a compressed drive or folder?

no , I am trying to restore directly on a normal drive also in c:\xzz\ it is not compressed , I use Win7

Are you completely sure? Because that error is thrown when restoring a database to a compressed folder.

Check the folder properties, make sure that compression isn't checked.
