i have stored procedure which takes 4 min during off peak time but it takes 30 mins during peak time.the transaction replication is setup on the same server.
what is the exact cause for long execution time ? Please help me
i tried everything
sql profiler,
execution plan,
update statistics,
rebuild /reorganize index,
created extra index,
checked the utilization of memory/cpu/ io statistics,
applied transaction isolation level read uncommitted/with nolock

but all these things not helped to find out the exact cause of the 30 mins.
the server configuration is 24 gb ram,64 bit os

it is very challenging thing to solve.
