Hi,

please what's wrong with this?

select * from sys.dm_fts_parser
(N'formsof(inflectional,editer)',1036,0,1) NON sensitive

returns 1 row

select * from sys.dm_fts_parser
(N'formsof(inflectional,éditer)',1036,0,1)

returns 76 rows

Thanks.

M.

This isn't T-SQL code. What dbms are you using? You should consider posting your question on a site that specializes in whatever dbms you are using. SQLTeam is for Microsoft SQL Server.

Thank you for your reply. It`s a T-sql code and the dbms is sql server. maybe it`s better you take look at sql server`s fulltext.

Thanks.

Have a look here

it's the inflectional expansion.

By the way, the 1 specifies sensitive, not NON sensitive.
