Hi,

We have a scheduled DTS package which runs daily. Somedays it will fail due to the following error:

Error: -2147467259 (80004005); Provider Error: -66192371 (FC0DFC0D)
Error string: System resource exceeded.
Error source: Microsoft JET Database Engine

Please help!!

Have you monitored the memory at all? Does the SQL Server have a Maximum server memory set or is it set to the default '2147483647'?

Microsoft Jet? That's MS Access, and that's an Access error message.

Ya the system had suffcient memory.
Actually the package is used to create .xls files
