| Hi I AM getting the following error,Msg 3636, Level 16, State 2, Line 1> > An error occurred while processing 'BackupMetadata' metadata for> > database id 8 file id 65537.> > Msg 3046, Level 16, State 2, Line 1> > Inconsistent metadata has been encountered. The only possible backup> > operation is a tail-log backup using the WITH CONTINUE_AFTER_ERROR or> > NO_TRUNCATE option.> > Msg 3013, Level 16, State 1, Line 1> > BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormallyproblem:The db went inaccessible all of a sudden,checking the error logs it says during fail over the log files had no space and the database become inaccessible .please help asapam |

That does not sound good..Please don't tell me you don't have a backup ??and also what does this returnselect DATABASEPROPERTYEX('yourdbname','status')PBUH |

| We do have a back up,we resored the log files manually,but we cant able to figureout how this happened!but if we need to do a full backup now,what is the solution??say if we have recent full back up .am |
