Hi

I am trying to compare the content of 2 columns from 2 different tables, however the 2 columns are not identical.

If i was comparing one record I would simply use a like, however it does not seem to be working in this case, or maybe there is a way of doing it.

Table1
Column Name: Application_Title
Content: Absa Gemini GraphiXY_R

Table2
Column Name: Application_Title
Content: Server Gemini Infra

Designed Results
Table1 = Table2
because of the Gemini being in both columns

Please assist

you need to use string parsing udf to parse the indidividual words out and then use join to get the matches
